We appreciate your purchase from We understand there may be certain situations where you may like to return your item. Due to the nature of the products in our online store we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, this is for health and hygiene reasons. We can, however, exchange items which have manufacturing defects. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however true to our high level of customer service, we will always endeavour to keep our customers happy and satisfied.

However, if the product you have received is faulty the customer may utilise the Contact Us form, fill-in your details, and let us know the issue regarding the product. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) via email and provide instructions on getting the product back to us. Alternatively we can be contacted by phone and we can provide you with an RMA in person. A replacement item will then be shipped to you within 14 days of our receiving your returned defective product. If for any reason an exact replacement is not available we can then either replace the item with another similar item or organise a refund.

Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge.

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Reason why you are returning the product
  • Whether you would like the replacement product shipped to the same address

Including the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product (or a photocopy), will be of great assistance.

Before Returning Your Product:

Before returning a faulty product, may we first ask you to follow a few simple testing points as follows:

  • Make sure you are using the correct batteries
  • Make sure the batteries have been inserted correctly
  • Try new batteries
  • Make sure battery connectors are not wet or moist

If all else fails, please return the product to the above mentioned address.
