As advised on our website, depending on which delivery option is chosen your order can be tracked.

Delivery with Standard Australia Post usually happens within 2-7 business days from time of despatch.
Please be aware that the delivery time frame may vary according to the area of delivery and due to various reasons, the delivery may take longer than the original estimated timeframe.
If you have not received your delivery, we advise you to go to your local post office, as the parcel may be there awaiting your collection. Please note that sometimes you may not have received the card.
If you have not received any information after contact with Australia Post, please contact us to confirm that the details for delivery logged with us are correct. We will then contact you with the appropriate action.

Faulty & Damaged Items
Visit our Contact Us form and choose "Return an item" to send us details about the damage to your item. You'll will then be notified of the return procedure, so you can receive a replacement item. See our Returns page for further information.

If you received a defective item and need to exchange it for a replacement item, please visit our Returns page for instructions on how to request a replacement.
Note: Please choose carefully before you buy. Due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange policy for change of mind on our products, only faulty or defective items can be returned to Simply Vibrators. See Returns for more information.
I Received the Wrong Item
If you received a wrong item, please visit our Returns page for instructions on returning the incorrect item. You will have the opportunity to tell us if you want a replacement or a refund.
I Received an Item I Did Not Order
Please visit the Contact Us form, and select "Order Enquiry" and we'll provide instructions for returning the item free of charge.
If you're missing an item from your package, check the Orders Page, or if you have a username and password you may Login to verify all the items in your order were shipped in the same parcel.
On occasion, we may split your order into multiple shipments (at no additional cost to you) if the items are not available at the same time. Please check your Orders Page or Login to verify if this is the case.
If your item isn't working properly, check the product manual (if one exists) that arrived with the item for basic troubleshooting. If you believe the item is defective, visit our Returns page for information on having the item returned and replaced at no charge.
Missing Parts or Accessories
If your package is missing parts or accessories, you will need to contact SimplyVibrators.com.au to organise a return of the item. Visit our Contact Us form and choose "Request RMA" to send us details about the missing parts or accessories. You'll have the opportunity to tell us if you want to return the item for a full refund or receive a replacement item.
