What company name will appear on my credit card statement? Simply Vibrators or a different name?

Due to the regulations of Australian banking institutions name of our website must match that on your credit card statement which is Simply Vibrators. However, if you are concerned about privacy you can opt to pay via Paypal (you can pay as a guest with your credit card if you do not have a Paypal account) and the name which will appear is that of our parent company Regenerate Her.

Why do you only sell vibrators?

Shopping for adult products can be an overwhelming experience as the product range is vast. As such we specialise in one product only so that we can bring you the best range at competitive prices. And you can rest assured that your shopping experience will be easy, enjoyable and above all simple! Please note that we do also stock some accessories such as massage oils, lubricants and cleaners which complement our vibrator range.

I have noticed that there are not many ‘sleazy images’ on your site, is there are reason for this?

As with the question above we believe that shopping for a vibrator should be an enjoyable experience (just like the end result) and that many people do not wish to be bombarded with overtly sexual images. Our products are about pleasure not porn and we have designed the site to reflect this. Therefore we strive to keep our site nude free. The very few overt images which are included are only featured as a part of product packaging, and the number of these on the site is negligible.

Will I be contacted after my order is placed?

If you provide an email address when ordering then one email will be sent providing an order confirmation after the order is completed. Another email will be sent the moment the order is being shipped from our warehouse. This would normally be in 1-2 days depending on what time of day you place your order .We will not send any further emails unless the parcel is returned to us with address unknown, or we absolutely have to for, for example if there was a problem processing the order.

Are you able to provide me with a catalogue in the mail?

No unfortunately we do not produce a mailing catalogue, Simply Vibrators is an online store only.

Can I come and pick my order up?

No, we do not have that facility available. Currently all orders are fulfilled via delivery

Am I able to I check whether my direct deposit payment has been received?

We check our direct deposits daily, then immediately arrange for those orders to be shipped. We then send emails to you to confirm this.

Can you ask the courier to leave the parcel somewhere?

Yes we can do this if specially requested. Just enter any special instructions in the 'Special Delivery Instructions' box when placing your order. We will then write on the package to notify the courier of your specific instructions. However, in this case the risk and responsibility for loss of the parcel has to be accepted by you. However, we do get very few lost parcels so this is unlikely. 
Just remember that the size of the parcel can be bigger than you imagine, as we wrap all items very carefully before putting them in the Australia Post Express Post bags. 
Therefore, the item may not be able to fit in your letterbox.

How old do you have to be to buy sex toys?

Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes, absolutely. You may have noticed that some adult sites do not accept PayPal payment. Our site, however, only sells specific adult products and as such we are able to accept payment via PayPal.
