Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shiping on all of our products no matter what the purchase price, and no that does not mean that we inflate our prices. We do this so that our customers know that the advertised price is what they will be paying when they exit the checkout. See Shipping for more information.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the sensitive nature of the products sold at Simply Vibrators we do not have a blanket returns policy. Should your product be faulty we are of course more than happy to arrange for a replacement order. See our Returns Policy for more information.


We have a secure ordering facility and strive to make the process as easy for our customers as possible. We offer a number of secure payment options including PayPal, Credit Card (via Westpac PayWay) and Direct Deposit. You will receive an order receipt and an invoice receipt from us once your order has been made and payment received. Please see our Order Support  for more details.

Your privacy is of the most utmost importance to us. We understand that any purchases you make from Simply Vibrators are for your eyes only (or perhaps your partner as well). As such all of your personal details and deliveries remain as discreet as possible. Viewing Orders

We use Australia Post as our preferred delivery partner and depending on your purchase you will receive free delivery using either Parcel Post Plus or Express Post. Both of these services include tracking numbers which will be sent to you when your order has been fulfilled. Please see our Order Support page for more information on tracking your order.
