Testimonials (well nice feedback!)

Nice Things People have said about us (or testimonials).

Through my daily internet retail searching (or shopping) I have noticed that there are a lot of websites out there with testimonial pages. This is something which we have not yet done, and I think that there are two main reasons for this. The first is that shopping for sex toys is usually an anonymous activity, no one wants their name associated with the great orgasm the Mona 2 just gave them.

The second reason is that I often read testimonials and think, did someone really say that or is your marketing person just waxing lyrical after a few glasses of red.

This aside though we do genuinely have some customers give us some really nice feedback. We work very hard to ensure that everyone receives the best possible service so it is heartening to hear that we have some really happy customers out there. So below is a list of some of the nice things people have said about us (all anonymous of course, and some paraphrased for length) and a short explanation as to why (we think) they said them!

“Hi, thanks for the email :) Happy to select another product from your site: ……….    ………… would be perfect if that is available. Have to say, I've shopped around a lot online and was very impressed with your site and prices.Thank you!”

This was from a customer whose original product was not available. A small disclaimer this happens VERY RARELY, and if you don’t wish to select another product we can always refund.

“Thanks so much, ………! Awesome service. Think I may have found my new fave toy shop. :)”

This e-mail was received after we searched high and low to find a discontinued product for a customer.

 “Thank you so much for your efforts.  Just being heard and showing effort to resolve the issue puts you very high in my books!!!.  The item has been delivered,………………….. I received it this morning.  I apologise for the inconvenience on your part, but once again, I thank you.”

This e-mail was received after Australia Post took a very long time to deliver the item. There was quite a bit of chasing to discover where it had got to, but happily it did end up at the correct location

“Thanks - they arrived, all working great. Thanks so much for the extra service and the gifts. Much appreciated!”

This e-mail was received after we replaced a faulty product, if it doesn’t work please let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange a replacement

“Thank you very much for having such a professional site and making my first purchase (ever) a pleasant and not overwhelming one!!"

Not much to say here, just a happy first time customer.

“Thank you for your effort to make sure I received my package before going overseas.”

This e-mail was received after the customer had realised that they were leaving earlier than expected, we worked with our distributors to ensure that the products went to them as quickly as humanly possible.

“Hey,Thank you for the update on where my order is at, I didn’t even have to ask. I appreciate it.”

Yes sometimes life is not perfect and we are unable to fulfil orders as quickly as we would like. We always like to keep you updated before you have to ask, and if you order is delivered outside the expected time frame there will always be a gift.

 “Thank you so much. Really appreciate your help and the coupon. All done and processed successfully”

This was from a customer who had trouble purchasing during our stocktake sale, we sent a coupon to make sure that the sale discount was still honoured.

“I received the silicone replacement and have posted the other one back, unused. There was no issue with the silicone rabbit, I am very happy with it and I thank you again for helping me with this and offering me a suitable replacement. I appreciate the excellent customer service, and will definitely be recommending your site to my female friends. Thankyou for all your help.”

This was one of those unusual problems. We sent out a product which the manufacturer had stated was body safe. When the customer opened it, there was a funny plastic smell to the product. We exchanged it immediately for a similar product which we knew was body safe and took the original one off the site.

So those are some of the very real, nice things that people have written to us. I guess the point of this blog is that we do listen to everyone, and we will always reply to your e-mail, usually the same day if not within a couple of hours. If you receive a product which doesn’t work we will ALWAYS provide a replacement. So shop to your hearts content knowing that if something does go wrong we are here to help.
